The Necklace Park is partly about the things that already exist and partly about what you imagine, what you make of it. The Park is first and foremost about exploration, finding, and enjoying the splendid sights, sounds, places and things along the River Wear. Some of these things will have been made by others, some of them will be made by you, and all of them are there for everyone's shared enjoyment!
